Bayer to pay over US$10 billion to resolve Roundup litigation

Bayer is to make a total payment of US$10.1 billion to US$10.9 billion (€9.1 billion to €9.8 billion) to resolve current and address potential future Roundup litigation. Bayer announced a series of agreements that it said will substantially resolve major outstanding Monsanto litigation, including US Roundup product liability litigation, dicamba drift litigation and PCB water litigation.
