Limit on medmal awards bill approved
A bill designed to limit awards in medical malpractice lawsuits for pain and suffering to $250,000 in the US has been approved
by the House of Representatives. The bill, is entitled the “Help Efficient, Accessible, Low-Cost, Timely Healthcare (HEALTH)”
bill.The bill now goes to the Senate for approval.
