UK GOVERNMENT UPDATES GUIDANCE ON RESPONSIBLE CONTRACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
The Cabinet Office has updated its guidance on responsible contractual behaviour in the performance and enforcement of contracts impacted by the Covid-19 emergency. The update provides further guidance on payment, extensions of time and the avoidance and resolution of disputes.
