The owner of a horse has won damages of £350,000 after it had to be destroyed after being given cortico-steroid injections.
The owner of the champion dressage horse was not warned of the slight risk of laminitis, a potentially fatal hoof problem,
arising from the treatment. The owner sued the vet.
