Substantial damages for car crash victim

A woman severely injured in a car crash when she was a teenager has been awarded substantial damages.The woman, who was a passenger in a car hit by another, suffered severe brain injury and will require care for the rest of her life.The insurers of the other car did not dispute liability, but the woman was forced to wait seven years for compensation.
