BA loses EAT appeal

An Employment Appeal Tribunal has rejected an appeal by British Airways (BA) against a tribunal decision that found it had sexually discriminated against a pilot by refusing to let her work part-time. BA is reported to be preparing to appeal to the Court of Appeal. The pilot was represented by the British Airline Pilots Association (Balpa).
