BRIT TARGETS US TERRORISM MARKET WITH UMPHRESS HIRE

Brit has hired Andrew Umphress to develop its US terrorism offering. Umphress has joined from Validus Specialty, where he most recently served as assistant vice-president for war and terrorism. He will be based in New York for the role, working closely with Brit’s existing war and terrorism team in London to develop a new US-based offering at Brit Global Specialty USA.
