LOC Group New surveyor

LOC Group has appointed Frans Schouffoer as senior marine surveyor. Frans, who is based in LOC’s Halifax office in Nova Scotia, is a marine engineer surveyor with extensive seafaring experience, including as a former-dual officer, first engineer and chief officer. Frans joins LOC Canada from Hayes Stuart Inc and has previously held senior posts at Maersk Ship Management MSM and P&O Nedlloyd PONL.
