MCLARENS ACQUIRES ENERGY SPECIALIST LLOYD WARWICK
Energy loss adjuster Lloyd Warwick International (LWI) has been acquired by global insurance services provider McLarens. Lloyd
Warwick was previously jointly owned by its employees and loss adjuster Crawford & Company, which held a 51% stake. The company
comprises around 50 adjusters with a focus on the energy, marine, mining, power generation, renewables and special risk sectors.
The London-based business, which has an international client base, will be merged with McLaren’s natural resources services.
It will continue to operate under the Lloyd Warwick brand. Lloyd Warwick chairman, Joe McMahon, will lead the combined business.
Matthew LeBrun has been appointed head of natural resources in the Americas and will report to McMahon.
