LIPMAN APPOINTED PRESIDENT OF LLOYD’S CANADA

Lloyd’s has appointment Marc Lipman as president of Lloyd’s Canada and attorney-in-fact (AIF) for Lloyd’s Underwriters, one of the country’s largest commercial insurers. He joins from AIG Insurance Company of Canada, where he held a series of senior leadership roles, most recently chief operating officer and innovation officer. In his new role, Lipman will report to Hank Watkins, regional director and president of Lloyd’s, Americas. He will represent Lloyd’s in Canada, its third largest market globally, working closely with the market’s distribution partners to facilitate risk transfer solutions by Lloyd’s underwriters in the country. Lipman assumes the role of AIF from Lisa Duval, who returns to Lloyd’s International Regulatory Affairs in London.
