Government delays whiplash reforms until August
The government has put back the implementation of the Whiplash Reform Programme, which was due to come into force from April
2020, to 1 August 2020. The government said that despite progress, it doubts the practicality of implementing the whiplash
measures in April, given the work that remains to be completed.
