Catastrophic injury claims specialist joins DAC Beachcroft

Kate Oldroyd has been appointed as a partner in DAC Beachcroft’s Claims Solutions Group. She is the second partner to be recruited to the team so far in 2020 and one of 13 partners to join the Claims Solutions Group since July 2019. Oldroyd, who was previously a partner at DWF, has extensive experience of handling complex, large-loss and catastrophic injury cases, particularly high-value fatal accident claims and inquests, and chronic pain claims.
