AB v East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust [2019] EWHC 3542 (QB)

The High Court has considered a claim by a girl who was eight-and-a-half-years old at the time of the hearing and sought damages for personal injuries and consequential financial loss from the defendant hospital for negligence which she alleged arose from failures in her mother’s antenatal care, resulting in her suffering a stroke.
