Morrison v Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust [2020] EWHC 91 (QB)

The High Court has heard an appeal from the decision of a recorder in an obstetrics case concerning an alleged breach of duty. The issue was whether an employee of an NHS Trust had been in breach of her duty of care to a patient in failing to carry out a caesarean section earlier than it was performed with the result that the patient required a hysterectomy.
