HANOVER INSURANCE NAMES MEDINA PRESIDENT OF PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY

US property/casualty insurer The Hanover Insurance Group has appointed Sarah Medina as president of professional liability to work closely with its specialty leadership team to enhance the group’s expansive book of professional liability products. Medina has been with The Hanover since 2014 and over the last three years she and her team have delivered double-digit growth for the group’s accountants professional liability and miscellaneous liability books of business. In the new post, she will also oversee the lawyers professional liability and architects and engineers liability portfolios. Medina joined from Hartford Financial Services Group, where she served as assistant vice-president and managed several professional and management liability programmes.
