On 30 October 2018 Teare J, pursuant to a without notice application, granted the claimant (Leidos) permission to enforce an arbitration award dated 2 July 2013 which had been made pursuant to an ICC arbitration between Leidos and The Hellenic Republic in the same manner as a judgment of the court.
