X-Men cartoon theme infringed TV song, claims suit

Marvel, Disney, and Fox are among numerous companies  listed on a lawsuit filed by the copyright holder of a theme song for a 1980s Hungarian TV show, who claims the 90s X-Men cartoon theme song infringes his rights.
