The ACLU warns that the CASE Act in its current state could create free speech issues and ‘bankrupt’ some families

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has warnedthat urgent changes to the Copyright Alternative in Small-Claims Enforcement (CASE) Act are needed, “to ensure adequate safeguards for due process and the protection of the freedom of speech”.
