Expanding on the article which dealt with the assessment of third-country equivalence and its suitability in the context of Brexit (Financial Regulation International, March 2019), the objective of this second article is to present a comparative analysis of the array of different agreements available to regulate the UK-EU relationship with regards to financial services after Brexit. To what extent do these agreements provide the highly sought after coverage of financial services?
