HDI GLOBAL HIRES STAMM AS CUO FOR SWISS PROPERTY/CASUALTY BUSINESS

HDI Global has hired Thomas Stamm as chief underwriting officer for the property/casualty (P&C) operations of its Swiss branch. The insurer has also extended its Swiss operations to include a specialty unit, which will include financial lines, marine, crisis management and aviation products. Stamm has joined from AIG’s Swiss operations, where he served as an authorised representative and head of liability and financial lines for northern Europe. He has previously worked for XL Group and Winterthur International.
