Reiner and Another v Triplark Ltd [2018] EWCA Civ 2151

In our November 2018 edition, Commercial Leases Vol 32 issue 9 at p2596, we summarised the court of Appeal decision, which upheld the conclusion that the seller had parted with possession of the property and that consent to the assignment had not been given by the RTM company.
