HUB ACQUIRES BERK BILGEN INSURANCE IN ALBERTA

North American broking group Hub International has acquired Berk Bilgen Insurance, an Alberta-based broker offers home, motor, life and travel insurance to individuals and businesses in the Edmonton area. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Berk and Heather Bilgen said they chose Hub to acquire the firm owing to its extensive services for clients and employees. The couple will remain active in the transition of the firm to the Hub team.
