In March 2019, the High Court handed down its decision in Gaskin v Chorus Law and Another, a case concerning the costs of
an application for the removal of Chorus Law (Chorus) as the administrator of the estate of the late Eileen Gaskin (the deceased),
who died in June 2012, and, latterly, a challenge to the deceased’s last will.
