WATFORD RE SHARES BEGIN TRADING ON NASDAQ

Shares in Bermudian re/insurer Watford Holdings have debuted on the Nasdaq. The common shares have begun trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol WTRE. For the debut, Watford registered up to 3.59 million shares for resale by existing shareholders. The company was not to realise any proceeds from the sale. On day one, more than 129,000 Watford shares were traded, closing at $27.00, up 6.9% from their $25.26 opening price.
