Parliamentary Statutory Instrument for state-backed GP indemnity scheme

A Statutory Instrument has been laid before Parliament in connection with the state-backed GP indemnity scheme, due to be launched on 1 April 2019. The Statutory Instrument amends the National Health Service Act 2006 and specifies the liabilities covered under the Scheme and the persons who are eligible for the purposes of it.
