LGBT+ people facing workplace discrimination

LGBT+ people are still experiencing high levels of discrimination in the workplace and significant inequalities, especially around mental health and wellbeing, according to Business in the Community (BITC). The organisation, working with Pride, has produced a report designed to shine a light on the issues facing LGBT+ people in the workplace.
