Software release

ClassNK has released the latest version of its design support software PrimeShip-HULL Ver.6.0.0, developed in response to the latest rule amendments to IACS Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers (CSR BC & OT). The new amendments were included following feedback from the industry. In addition to the incorporation of these latest rule amendments, various functions were also added or improved in the PrimeShip-HULL (HCSR) prescriptive calculation software and direct strength assessment software. The update allows users to change output settings in detail, enabling the sorting of reports by section, evaluation item and more, to enable the efficient collection of data.
