LMG FOCUSES ON CLIENTS AND KNOWLEDGE WITH NEW VISION

The London Market Group (LMG) has launched two workstreams as part of a new vision for the organisation. One workstream will focus on better understanding the needs of insurance buyers, while the other will develop original research on important market issues. Unveiling the new vision, LMG chairman, Andrew Horton, said the body would take a more “client-centric” emphasis, with an increased focus on “solutions and knowledge”. “The board felt a sharper focus on client need is a key part in retaining and attracting clients in London,” Horton said. “Whether that is in mature areas such as marine or emerging risks such as cyber, knowledge is a key attribute that will attract business to London,” he added.
