OECD to tackle multinational taxation in the digitalised world

The OECD has issued a policy note outlining its thinking on multinational taxation, which would potentially reshape the international rules on taxation of multinational companies. The move comes on the back of attempts to act against tech companies in the digital economy and a realisation that the whole economy is digitalising. It is backed by 127 countries.
