Man successfully prosecuted over fraudulent employers’ liability claim

An investigation by QBE Business Insurance’s counter fraud unit has resulted in the successful prosecution of a Liverpool man for fraud over a £700,000 employers’ liability claim. The man was found guilty and received a two-year custodial sentence, which was suspended for two years.
