This case may well stand the test of time and be adopted as an exam question. The landlord sought to forfeit the lease for a number of breaches alleged to have occurred. The judge dealt with each one in turn. The setting was a fairly common one today with regards to smaller business units where the occupier or person carrying on the business it not the tenant.
