Agreement for lease – conditions precedent – service of notices – validity

The service of a valid notice (or counter-notice) on the right person at the right time at the right address and in the correct manner and giving the correct information is critical to the successful strategy of managing properties and property transactions. This case well illustrates that statement. The facts give rise to very technical issues as to the service of three notices given under an agreement for lease.
