Goldman Sachs International v Procession House Trustee Ltd (Not yet reported) (Chancery Division) (Nugee J) (3 May 2018)

We mention this case in brief. It raises an important point on construction and the interaction of two provisions in a lease. Jonathan Seitler QC appeared for the claimant tenant and Mark Sefton QC appeared for the defendant landlord. The judge found in favour of the tenant, but granted permission to appeal.
