START-UP ENVELOP RISK ADDS O'HARA TO BOARD

Cyber underwriting firm Envelop Risk has appointed industry veteran Brian O’Hara to its board of directors. O’Hara was the former chairman and chief executive of XL Capital Ltd, now XL Group. Launched in April, Envelop Risk provides cyber underwriting to insurers and reinsurers using an artificial intelligence-based model, which it claims allows the firm to determine risk better and improve pricing.
