WORLDWIDE FACILITIES ACQUIRES RIC INSURANCE IN CALIFORNIA

US wholesale broker, programme manager and managing general agent Worldwide Facilities has acquired the assets of RIC Insurance General Agency, a California-based wholesale broker and managing general agent that specialises in cover for small and medium-sized businesses and personal lines. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. RIC will continue to maintain its client and market relationships and commitments as a division of Los Angeles-based Worldwide Facilities. Based in Santa Rosa, RIC has offices across the western US.
