Study sees possible link between highly processed foods and cancer


A study published in The BMJ has suggested a possible link between highly processed foods and cancer. The researchers said that further exploration is needed, but the results suggest that the rapidly increasing consumption of ultra–processed foods “may drive an increasing burden of cancer in the next decades”.
