FERMA warning over Environmental Liability Directive review

The Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA) has said that European risk managers are concerned about the latest recommendations on the implementation of the Environmental Liability Directive (ELD) adopted in a European Parliament report on 26 October 2017, while welcoming the decision not to revise the directive.
