Supreme Court ruling levels playing field for medical professionals

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has said that a recent Supreme Court judgment levels the playing field for medical and other professionals. “Medical and other professionals no longer face uncertainty about whether discrimination complaints against bodies like the General Medical Council (GMC) need to go through judicial review or employment tribunal,” said the commission which intervened in the case.
