Apology Clause campaign launched

A campaign has been launched which aims to raise awareness of a little-known law which allows businesses to apologise when something has gone wrong, “without putting fear of legal retribution over their sense of moral obligation”. The Apology Clause campaign said that longer term, it wants to get the law clarified to define better what is meant by an apology.
