WR BERKLEY CHANGES PRESIDENTS AT CWG AND FINSECURE UNITS

US property/casualty group WR Berkley has appointed Michael Lex as president of Continental Western Group, a regional operating unit that provides commercial underwriting, claims and risk management services in 13 central states. Lex succeeds Michael Connor, who has been named president of Berkley FinSecure, a provider of customised insurance solutions to financial institutions. Lex joins from an unidentified major US insurer, where he most recently served as senior vice-president of commercial product pricing.
