The TT Club has provided insurance for Russian start-up freight forwarder Deliver, an online cargo transport operation that is among the first in the country to implement an “Uber-style” mode of service. Deliver aims to achieve greater convenience for its customers and efficiency for a carrier resource base of more than 59,000 drivers. Such a high volume of subcontracted transport arrangements, which will require swift and seamless contractual agreements, requires specialist and comprehensive insurance cover.
