Global uncertainty and the implications of delay for ship operators

Delays to ships arising from shore side and shipboard incidents are insurable events. Delay cover is more relevant than ever, with increasing uncertainty in the world. The flow of trade has always been at the mercy of geopolitical risks and conflicts. At all stages of the supply chain, trade faces day-to-day challenges set by uncertainties along a given route.
