Jackson publishes Review of Civil Litigation Costs

Jackson LJ has completed his Review of Civil Litigation Costs and has concluded that the time has now come to expand the scope of fixed recoverable costs (FRC). In November last year, the Lord Chief Justice and the Master of the Rolls commissioned Jackson LJ to carry out a further review, in order to develop proposals for extending FRC.
