Fraud in personal injury claims

Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach Co v Broks and Tadrous [2011] EWHC 2819 (Admin)

The claimant company asked the court to consider sanctions and costs following a decision in which the first and third defendants (S and N) were found guilty of contempt of court, and the case against the second defendant (M) had been dismissed. S and M were the claimant’s daughters, and N was the husband of D, the claimant in a personal injury claim. S was D’s litigation friend.
