Laser treatment for hair removal is becoming increasingly popular, but it requires expert skill. In Kasho (t/a Tantalizing Face and Body Clinic) v Mustafa [2011] EWHC 2701 (QB), it was held on appeal that a judge had been entitled to find that the defendant was liable in negligence for injuries suffered by the claimant during laser hair-removal treatment provided at his clinic.
