Funding for relatives at inquests

R (on the application of Humberstone) v Legal Services Commissions and HM Coroner for South Yorkshire (West) [2010] EWCA Civ 1479

This was an appeal by the Legal Services Commission against the granting of judicial review, and quashing of a decision of the Commission refusing to recommend to the Lord Chancellor, (the Intervener), that he should authorise the Commission to provide public funding for representation of a mother (H) at an inquest into the death of D, her 10-year-old son.
