No need for “bonfire of employment law”, survey finds

Is employment law in the UK a burden or a benefit? According to a survey of more than 500 employers by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and employment law firm Lewis Silkin, UK employers do not believe a bonfire of employment law is necessary.
