Urgent need to tackle travel sickness claims, says DAC Beachcroft

DAC Beachcroft is calling for a far more robust stand to be taken by the Spanish and UK travel and insurance industries to tackle “the travel sickness claims phenomenon that is costing the insurance industry millions.” The law firm said closer collaboration is needed to tackle dramatic rise in fraudulent travel sickness claims.
