Accident at work – foot injury


The claimant was employed as a cleaner and alleged that whilst moving a line of 12 to 13 trollies, the trollies ran over his foot causing him to sustain injury. The claimant alleged that he had not been provided with a safe system of work and that he was exposed to a foreseeable risk of injury. Liability was denied for the claimant’s accident.
