Trump rescinds Obama’s Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Order


President Trump has signed an order that rescinds a rule on Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces in the US. The Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order was signed by President Obama in 2014 and requires prospective federal contractors to disclose labour law violations and give agencies guidance on how to consider labour violations when awarding federal contracts.
